I have been involved in the housing industry for over 40 years, first as a union carpenter, then as a general contractor and for the last 8 years as a full time Realtor. I work actively with developers in Santa Cruz county and the greater Monterey Bay area. I strive to provide my clients with the very best service. I am a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and am actively involved with a number of local organizations including the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors, the Santa Cruz Builders Exchange and other charities. I am also a managing partner with Berman Cullen Builders Inc. I have been a resident of Santa Cruz County since 1972, and currently serve on the board of directors for the Friends of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries.
